Santa Visits Kilmacud Crokes Nursery
Body
A great day was held at the visit to Kilmacud by Santa today. All kids from 2003 to 2005 age groups got to see Santa clause today along with some of their siblings. Thankfully the weather was kinder than over the previous 2 weeks with no snow to deal with and only a little light drissle on occassions. At an estimate, we had about 250-300 kids who visited Santa today.
Santa arrived at the Paddock at about 9.15 in the morning and he was in Jolly form. He hopped off the Santamobile and had a large groups of kids around him as he asked them how well they were behaved and that he would be checking in on them all between now and Christmas. Santa said that the last 2 weeks were great for his raindeers as they got plenty of practise running in the snow.
Over the next 2 hours the kids from 5 yrs to 7 years visited Santa who was exhaused at the end of the visit but after a glass of milk and cookies headed off to Lapland to make toys for the kids after the visit.
