The Crumlin man had a long and illustrious involvement in hurling in the capital. He was involved in successful Dublin minor hurling teams from the mid-60s, in 1983 and again this decade. Jimmy was The Friends of Dublin Hurling inaugural Hall of Fame recipient in 2007.
A reminder to all hurling supporters that FODH intends running a bus to Cork on Sunday February 8th to support Dublin hurlers who are taking on Cork in their first game of the National League.
