One of Dublin hurling’s blue ribbon trophies produced a fitting contest in Parnell Park on Sunday 4th November 2007 when a late Rob O’Loughlin point gave Crokes a second bite of the cherry on a 2-8 to 1-11 scoreline.

Although light on official fixtures, the Bank Holiday weekend still saw three Kilmacud Crokes Hurling teams in action.
Three in a row for the Under 16A’s, impressive win for the Under 11’s, Under 12’s win league, a valiant county final display by the Under 16B’s and Seniors bow out – thus went the Kilmacud Crokes hurling week.
