Punchestown 2015 - Under Starters Orders!
Punchestown Corporate Race Day April 28, 2015
Sponsored by Chawke Sporting Pubs and The Goat Grill
Our 2015 Punchestown Raceday on Tuesday April 28th 2015 is now being launched. This is our 12th successful year at the National Hunt Festival with many patrons coming back year after year to enjoy one of the best organised corporate entertainment events on offer.
We have been blessed every year with fine weather and in 2014 we had a fantastic sunny day which brought everyone out in their finery and with some sterling help from our professional tipsters a number of lucky punters did some damage to the bookies in the room. The racing was enhanced by the presence of some fine horseflesh and we were also graced by the presence of many celebrity guests from the sporting fields of rugby, soccer and the GAA.
In 2015, we plan another great day out in support of Kilmacud Crokes Hurling endeavours, on Tuesday 28th April, again on the opening day of the Punchestown National Hunt Festival featuring Three Grade 1 races. It is also an ideal date this year sitting nicely after Easter and before the May bank holiday weekend. It should attract the best Irish and British trained horses following their exertions at the Cheltenham festival in March.
This event is a great opportunity to entertain your guests, friends and even as a staff reward day out. It runs to the highest standard, the only table served event (Silver Service) of the week at Punchestown with complimentary wine in our exclusive trackside venue right beside the last fence. There is private coach service direct to Punchestown and back – a four course meal with wine, afternoon tea and snacks, bookies and tote facilities in the room, race cards and reserved enclosure access all included in the package. Your table will have your company logo clearly displayed and we will hopefully cater to your every need.
Last year our MC Robbie Irwin entertained all and he together with our professional tipsters provided valuable guidance through the card. Robbie also involved many of our celebrity guests and tipsters in lively discussion and debate, along with some of our own club stars. We had our best dressed lady winner picked for us by Pippa O’Connor and our raffle prize winner won a holiday for two in Portugal. All in all the best value corporate entertainment money can buy!
