U9 Hurlers finish the season in the National Sports Centre!

Following their very successful Festival of Hurling in October and the completion of the Go Games Program, over 40 U9 hurlers made their "debuts" in the National Sports Complex with a North Side/South Side Derby against their counterparts from St.Vincents.
As mentors, we were delighted with the progress made by the players of all abilities since the start of the year as they all played 4 matches in brilliant November sunshine in a perfect sporting arena.
After exchanging post match pleasantries with the Vincents lads, the Crokes boys gathered in the main stand for a group "Icelandic Hand Clap"!!
The future is bright for this group and new players are always welcome.
Training continues on Thursdays at 7pm (IADT, Kill Avenue) and Sundays at 9.00am (Glenalbyn).
