Juvenile Football 7's Wrap-Up

When you take 80 of our finest juvenile footballers and place them under the guidance of our All-Ireland Champion Senior footballers, the foundation for a successful tournament is well set!

And so it proved - with a phenomenal 528 points scored (149 -81) over 16 matches, the 2023 Kilmacud Crokes Juvenile Football 7s was a tournament to remember for all involved.

fter 5 hours of football, our Galway team emerged as victors, reversing the result of last year’s final; expertly led by manager Niall Mullen, with Luke Ward and Shane Walsh as Senior team mentors.

Our 2023 tournament would not have been possible without the support and cooperation of many - particular thanks is due to our tournament sponsors Casey Kennedy Estate Agents, also Senior Football manager Robbie Brennan, club captain Shane Cunningham and the host of senior players who played crucial mentorship roles over the weekend.

We were also delighted to welcome our Crokes’ representatives on the 2023 Minor Leinster Championship winning Dublin team – Noah Byrne, Charlie Harty and Bobby Colbert; they show to all our juvenile footballers what can be achieved with the right dedication and endeavour.
