Five “halves” could not separate two teams who gave it their all at Bray on Saturday evening 22nd January 2011 in the final of the 2010 Leinster 3G Under 16 Tournament. After 79 minutes of great hurling there was nothing between Crokes and Ballyboden and two gallant teams shared the trophy.
In the club’s first competitive action of 2011 the final group game in the weather interrupted, inaugural Leinster GAA “3G” Under 16 Tournament at Bray Emmets pitted Crokes against the Wicklow Development Squad.
The promotion of these games also offers a fund raising opportunity for Kilmacud Crokes. Dublin County Board are offering a prize of €10k to the club generating the highest level of ticket revenues.
All parents of players are asked to make their way to the club to register their son on either of these days. Shop vouchers will not be issued to players who register after 3rd February.
