The Parenting Programme and the Working things out Programme will be happening at the same time (Tuesday evenings 7pm to 9pm in Mounttown) so this might ideally suit families where the young person would benefit from the CBT Programme while Parents avail of the Parenting Programme.

Well done to the members of the Kilmacud Crokes Choir who sang their hearts out on a cold and wintry morning Saturday December 8th in Stillorgan Shopping center. They raised 970 euro and all the funds collected were in support of the Blackrock and Harold's Cross Hospice.

We had a really nice hike around the Spinc loop in Glendalough on Saturday when after a week of heavy rain we enjoyed a dry day with no wind. You can see how still it was from the photo of the lake below. A group of 11 completed the expedition and you can check out the photos below.

We kicked off our Autumn walks last Saturday week after the summer break with a hike up and down Camenabologue. Great turnout again of 18 and thanks to Pat for leading us up and down safely. See photos below from the day. We stopped off in Lynams in Laragh for the much needed refreshments.
