Crokes Talks - News & Reports

We had a really nice hike around the Spinc loop in Glendalough on Saturday when after a week of heavy rain we enjoyed a dry day with no wind. You can see how still it was from the photo of the lake below. A group of 11 completed the expedition and you can check out the photos below.

We kicked off our Autumn walks last Saturday week after the summer break with a hike up and down Camenabologue. Great turnout again of 18 and thanks to Pat for leading us up and down safely. See photos below from the day. We stopped off in Lynams in Laragh for the much needed refreshments.

An Autism in Sport Training Workshop took place in Kilmacud Crokes on Monday Sept 24th.
23 people attended this training . For the most part Kilmacud Crokes were represented but Leinster Cricket and local primary schools were also represented.

The choir is restarting this Sunday 9th September 2018 at 6pm in the function room.
All are welcome and no previous experience required- just turn up and let it soar.

This promises to be a great night. Marty Morrissey from RTE will be MC for this fabulous event .
And none other than Britain’s Got Talent star Fr. Ray Kelly and X-factor Mary Byrne will be performing on the night aswell as our very own Kilmacud Crokes Choir.

Lovely walk around Upper and Lower Lough Bray on Saturday. Bit misty at the start but once it cleared you could see the full views in all their glory.
