Crokes take the points in MHL1 v Cuala
In a tempestuous match at times The Minor A team ran out winners by a 7 point margin having been led by 5 at the break.
Competing robustly from the start the Cuala team led by 5 points with ten minutes gone and despite some good hurling from Crokes and a good team goal they were still behind at the break and looking as if they had a lot to do in the second half. Half time score: Cuala 1-05, Crokes 1-10.
The second half was a different affair with Crokes dominant in every sector and the forwards contributed 4 more well taken goals to cap a well deserved win and display of some quality hurling.
On a beautiful summers evening they received a well deserved round of applause from an appreciative group of supporters.
