Free Stress Control Class in St Laurences BNS Nov thru Dec
FREE “STRESS CONTROL” EVENING CLASS.
WHAT IS IT?
Stress Control is a six session class which is being jointly run by Kilmacud Crokes GAA Club and the HSE Dublin South Psychology services. ‘Stress Control’ was devised to help the large number of people that experience stress and stress related reactions and who are keen to learn how to tackle their problems themselves. As this is a class and not therapy no one will be asked to discuss their personal experience. Each session deals with a separate aspect of stress but we ask that you attend all six sessions as they all link together. Handouts will be provided for each session.
WHEN IS IT ON?
The course will run for six Tuesday evenings from 3rd November to 8th December 2015
3rd November Session 1: Learning about Stress
7th November Session 2: Controlling your Body
10th November Session 3: Controlling your Thoughts
17th November Session 4: Controlling your Actions
24th November Session 5: Controlling Panic
8th December Session 6: Controlling Sleep problems and Course Review
WHAT TIME: 7.30pm - 9.00pm
WHERE IS IT ON?
The course will be held in St Laurence’s Boys National School Hall, Upper Kilmacud Road, Stillorgan.
COST:
This is a Kilmacud Crokes and HSE run course and there is no charge.

Directions to Stress Control Course Venue 3rd November to 8th December 2015
St Laurence’s Boys National School, Upper Kilmacud Road, Stillorgan Co. Dublin
The school is situated at the corner of Lower Kilmacud Road (R825) and Upper Kilmacud Road (R826). Coming from the N11 exit onto the Lower Kilmacud Road (R825) at the Leisureplex and Stillorgan Shopping Centre exit. Continue straight, passing the Stillorgan Shopping Centre on your left. Continue on the Lower Kilmacud Road passing the shops and Mill House pub on your left. At the next set of traffic lights (junction of Upper and Lower Kilmacud Road) turn left. The entrance to the school is the next left turn.
Limited parking is available on the school grounds. Parking may be available in the parish centre and Church grounds, which is the next turn left as you travel up the Upper Kilmacud Road or alternatively can be accessed via the back of the Mill House Pub on Lower Kilmacud Road.
