U10s host Oktoberfest of Hurling

On an absolutely beautiful day in October the Under 10 Kilmacud Crokes Hurlers had their annual Festival of Hurling. Teams travelled up from Gorey, Naas, Port Laois, Ballinderreen, Monaleen, Durlas Og and Saint Marys of Clonmel . There was  great hurling played with top class scores, heroic goalkeeping and defending the norm for the day.

We had 240 young hurlers playing on the day. It is great to be able to repay some of the hospitality shown to us by clubs all over the country by putting on the festival for the day. A great days fun was had by all the children that took part.
