Saturday evening, May 27th was one of those great nights to remember in the club. The senior footballers and their management  were presented with their All Ireland Club medals. It was a fantastic evening. The club function room was dressed in Purple and Gold for the occasion.  The players and management were joined by partners, parents, football committee members and supporters, our club sponsors and past All Ireland club winning management and players. Pat Horgan our football chairman spoke at the evening. Mick Dillon,  our 1995 All Ireland club winning captain added his tributes to the team.  Jacqueline Robinson COO of the Beacon Hospital, spoke on behalf of our club sponsor.  Ian McKinley, former Crokes player, Leinster and Italian rugby professional was our guest speaker and spoke to us about his journey in sport and resilience he needed to overcome personal challenges. John Shovlin was our compere for the evening. John deserves a huge amount of credit  for putting the night together. Many Thanks to Niamh in the office for all her support and to Mick Kinsella and all the Village Cafe / Kilmac's Bar staff for their support also.  KIlmacud Crokes Abu !!!!
