A major initiative to chart the future of the club has just been announced. This is a wonderful and timely development. Make sure to enter this important event in your diary. Hope to see (and hear) you there - dont leave it to others!

KILMACUD CROKES 5-YEAR STRATEGIC PLAN - YOUR CLUB YOUR VOICE

============================================================

The Club has recently embarked on developing a five-year Strategic Plan.

This is an important initiative, which will map the future direction of

the Club and build on the great work, which has been (and continues to be)

carried out by our many members, officers and players.

As part of this process, you are invited to attend a Club Planning

Workshop in Stillorgan Park Hotel on Wednesday December 5th, beginning at

7.15 pm

The purpose of the Workshop is to give everyone in the Club and Community

the opportunity to have their say in our future. This will be a workshop

based event and will take no longer than two hours. Those present will

discuss various topics in small groups, including coaching and games

development, communication, facilities development etc. in a discussion

based environment.

The meeting is open to everybody - Players, Parents, Teachers, Coaches,

Supporters, Administrators, Officers, Members, non-Members, ex-Members,

Residents and any other interested parties in our Community. We want the

best ideas from everybody about what they would like to see happen in

Kilmacud over the next three to five years.

If you want to express your wishes or aspirations for the Club for the

future, this is your opportunity to voice your views.

Kilmacud Crokes is a great Club and we want to make it even better!
