Let's come together to create a healthier lifestyle and community this January. Every Steps Counts Challenge starts TODAY during Ireland Lights Up.

What do you need to do?
Track every step you take, hopefully you will walk more and inspire others to do the same
How do you get involved?
1. Download the MyLife app in the App Store or Google Play
Search MyLife by Irish Life
2. On MyLife go to Social > Challenges > Pending
TAP relevant province Leinster GAA > Every Step Counts > and find Kilmacud Crokes
3. Track your activity to the MY Life App with a fitness app on your phone or a fitness tracker such as FitBit
4. Encourage friends to join in
The challenge is divided across 4 provinces. All clubs have been set the goal to collectively track 4,000km (approximately the distance around Ireland).
We're asking you to track your steps over 5 weeks, so the more club members and community members we have signed up for the challenge the faster you will achieve the target. It all starts on the 8th January and wraps up on 12th February.
This year Irish Life are giving away €30,000* in club funding. All clubs who achieve the 4,000km target will be entered into a draw. There are three prizes of €2,500 to give away per province. We would love to be in that draw.
