Death Notice Robert Gath RIP
Kilmacud Crokes GAA club is sad to hear of the passing of Robert Gath. Robert is father to Helen who is married to Aidan Horan. Aidan along with Helen and their sons/daughter, Shane, Barry ,Ciaran and Lucy are longstanding active members of the club. We send our condolences and sympathies to Helen and her extended family, to Aidan, Lucy and the 3 lads on the death of their grand-father. May he rest in peace. Funeral details below :
Robert Gath passed peacefully at his home in Derrinboy, Kilcormac on September 4th 2024. Predeceased by his beloved wife Maire, daughter Mary, sisters Mary and Patsy, brother Ned and grandson Kevin. Much loved father of Helen, Pat, Olive, Aidan, Deirdre and Damian and brother to John, Catherine, Tessie, Billy and Margaret. He will be very sadly missed by his loving family, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, all his favorite grandchildren, great-grandchildren (Jack and Rían), nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at his home (R42 RY72) on Friday, September 6th, from 4 o'clock until (rosary) at 8 o'clock. House private please at other times. Removal to the Church of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Kilcormac on Saturday 7th for 2pm funeral mass followed by burial to Saint Joseph's Cemetery, Kilcormac.
