Members Advisory

The Executive of Kilmacud Crokes would like to take this opportunity to wish all our members and their families a safe and happy New Year.  Unfortunately, as has been well published in the national media, the situation in the country regarding the pandemic has regressed. Relating to this and in-line with National public health guidelines, the GAA have issued updated guidance with regards to GAA activities.  In level 5 and under the current restrictions, individual training only is permitted – neither adult nor underage teams may train collectively.  GAA club grounds must stay closed.  Club games are not permitted. Dressing rooms, showers and all other indoor training facilities should remain closed for club activities. Club Gyms must remain closed until further notice. No organised indoor or outdoor events on GAA property are permitted. As a club, Kilmacud Crokes will fully comply with these directives. As and when, the situation changes, we will notify members.  The full text of the GAA update can be viewed at https://www.gaa.ie/news/gaa-issues-advice-on-covid-19-restrictions/  Working together as a club and wider community, embracing the public health measures,  we can reduce and eliminate the impact of the virus and we can look forward to better and brighter days ahead.
