KILMACUD STILLORGAN HISTORY LAUNCH - THURS 11TH DEC 2014

The Kilmacud Stillorgan Local History Society is launching its 2015 edition of "Obelisk" in the Kilmacud Crokes GAA function room on Thursday next, 11th of December.  It promises to be a great night with some very interesting contributions including a special input from former Government Press Secretary, Seán Duignan (pictured at the Football Sevens earlier this year).  

There is a very comprehensive article in the Obelisk magazine on the club's very successful progress towards and into Senior football in the 1970s and '80s.  This fascinating article was penned by Matt Cahill who was a member of that team and is a regular contributor to this web-site.  It would be great to have as many of that team present on the night as possible.
