Kilmacuds Main Web-site re-launched today!

Bye bye hyphen, hello hyphen!  After several years of loneliness, the main Kilmacud Crokes web-site www.kilmacudcrokes.com, has now been completely revamped!  The new home page features links to the existing section-specific websites within the club, together with other useful links and contacts.  It is intended that all club sites, existing and new, will continue to be reachable via this common portal.

One advantage of the new site is the high likelihood of finding it quickly when searching for Kilmacud Crokes in Google or other search engines - this had proved troublesome for some.  The lengthy, hyphenated web addresses for football and hurling sites will continue to be useable directly as before.  However, it should simplify matters greatly if people always access these via the new www.kilmacudcrokes.com page instead.

Check out the new-look site now and be sure to Bookmark it  for day-to-day reference .... if in any doubt just ask the kids how to Add to Favorites:-).  Indeed we strongly encourage you to adopt it as your home page - why not?

Many thanks to Diarmuid Ó Gallchobhair, Cyril Loughlin and Des Molyneaux for their unstinting efforts to resolve this long-standing issue.  They were ably supported by John Lee and Sophia Heneghan in eSports Manager who have hosted our Football site for the past 2 years.   We see this as the start of a journey rather than the end; a lot done but ..... plenty more to do!

We hope the new site makes life easier for our members and cyber visitors.  Most importantly, we encourage you all to contribute content, especially to this Football sub-site, in the form of match reports, news items and photos - just click on the Submit Content menu option, it's simple!  After all it is your club and the web-site is yours to benefit from and to contribute to - ultimately it depends on you!!
