Kilmacud Crokes Nursery for Children born in 2018
The Kilmacud Crokes Nursery is the first introduction young boys & girls get to Gaelic Games in Kilmacud Crokes. Both Boys & Girls Nurseries are dual Nurseries with the children getting a chance to play both Gaelic Football/Hurling, Ladies Football/Camogie. There is also a big emphasis on the development of Fundamental Movement skills especially in the first year.
The Kilmacud Crokes Nurseries are parent led with lots of support from the Clubs Coaching & Games Development Officers. We expect parents to get actively involved in Coaching and Admin roles, and parents must remain at the venue during the coaching sessions. Parents will have to be Garda Vetted through Kilmacud Crokes (Garda Vetting through any other body does not transfer across). Provisional start date for the Boys Nursery is Friday 15th September (5.45pm to 7pm). The Nursery will run for 3 Friday nights in September before moving to Saturday mornings in October (9.15am to 10.30am)
Provisional start date for the Girls Nursery is Saturday 16th September (11am to 12.10pm)
