Senior Hurling Team manager Gearóid O Riain has announced that he will not be seeking re-appointment for 2014

We would like to take this opportunity to thank Gearóid and all those who have worked as part of his selection group and backroom staff over the past 4 years.

The Club owes each of them a huge debt of gratitude for the work that was done over the period with the Senior Teams and players and the manner in which they facilitated, developed and motivated the Senior players to achieve what they have over that period, in particular winning the Senior Hurling League AHL1 in 2011 and the Senior Championship on that wonderful day in Parnell Park in October 2012.

Many many thanks to Gearóid and all those involved.  You step back from the helm with our deepest appreciation and thanks.

The Hurling Committee will be now reflecting on the process to appointment a Senior Management setup for 2014.
