LAST CALL FOR PLAYER REGISTRATION - DEADLINE 1st MARCH!

GAA REGISTRATION FOR ADULT PLAYERS - 2012

Adult Registration will take place in the clubhouse on Thurs 1st March from 7pm to 9.30pm.  The club Office will be open specially to assist players with their payments.  If you are unable to attend or have a specific query you can contact Bernie in advance at 01-2880857.

Conscious of the current economic climate facing players, we have extended the registration date for adult players until the 1st March.  Should you be experiencing particular financial difficulties, please contact us now in strictest confidence.

For Insurance purposes, players who are not registered by the 2nd March 2012 cannot train or play with any Kilmacud Crokes team.

CLUB MEMBERSHIP RATES

  1. €135 - single membership over the age of 21
  2. €115 - single fee between ages 16 and 21 (or full-time student).
  3. €180 - family membership (covers children in full-time education).
Players who reach or exceed the age of 16 in 2012 must take out full membership.  Therefore, if parents and/or younger siblings are also in the club, it will benefit all concerned to opt for family membership and avail of much more favourable rates!

DEVELOPMENT LEVY - this is compulsory and must be paid in addition to club fees.  The 2008 Kilmacud Crokes GAA Club AGM approved a motion to impose a Development Levy on all its members for the 5 years 2009-2013. The Levy is payable once per membership type p.a. Club members should also pay their levy in the club office when renewing their membership.

A Motion was carried at the 2011 Kilmacud Crokes AGM to the effect that levies due (€300) for the remaining two years (2012/2013) can be paid over the next three years at €100 p.a.  However, this is optional and those who can do so should pay the normal €150 p.a. in 2012 and 2013.

The levy on student membership is €75 p.a. over two years or €50 p.a. if opting to pay over three years.

The development levy is compulsory, it must be paid in addition to Club membership and registration fees.

A standing order facility is available for payment of club fees and the Levy. For further information please contact Bernie in the Club Office at 2880857 or e-mail info@glenalbyn.ie

(Please note that some sections will charge their adult players additional specific charges towards running costs incl. insurance - the office or the section in question will be able to inform you if an additional charge is being applied for 2012).

Late registrations add considerably to the workload of the office staff and the volunteers so .... please register this week!
