Good start to Ladies Senior Championship

Conclusive win for Senior Team in first Championship match

The Senior Ladies football team hosted Clanna Gael/Fontenoy on Wednesday evening for their first game in Group A of the New Ireland Senior Championship.  It was a very competitive game – particularly in the first half where the teams were separated by only two points at half time.  Crokes put in a very strong performance in the second half and finished a convincing 19 points ahead of the visitors.

 Their next Championship match is against Fingallians on Wednesday 24th May away.
