Kickstart Hillwalkers enjoy a bright day in Glendalough

Another good turnout on Saturday and thankfully the weather was kind again as 16 hikers set off up Camaderry in Glendalough on Saturday. This was a bit tougher than previous walks as it is close to 700m high and the path was a big boggy in places.  However the extra effort was well worth it as the group enjoyed tremendous views from the top as you can see from the photos below. 

Another successful outing followed by nice lunch in the Wicklow Heather afterwards.

This Saturday's walk is quite a mouthful, Knocknacloghoge at Lough Dan, hopefully people will find the walk is a bit easier than the pronunciation. As usual we will meet in the club at the Hurling arena at 9.
