A night of acknowledgement for the great work of the club shop volunteers!

Club members took time out on Saturday night (22 March) to applaud the work of all our fantastic club shop volunteers. As Jean and Florence - and some of the other brilliant team members - hand over the baton, their contribution, over a long number of years, was recognised by those who had gathered in Glenalbyn House to honour their work.

Is áis íontach atá againn sa Siopa. Tá sé i gcroí-lár an Chlub agus is í an chéad radharc a bhíonn ag daoine nuair a bhualann siad isteach chugainn! Tá obair na gcapall curtha isteach, le fada an lá, ag baill ar nós Jean agus Florence ach go háirithe agus tá ár mbuíochas ó chroí toillte acu.

It was also announced by Club Chair Joan Kehoe that the fantastic club sponsorship provided by the Beacon Hospital is set to continue.
