Death Notice Deirdre O'CONNOR (née O'Gara) RIP

The Kilmacud Crokes Club Community is saddened to hear of the death of Deirdre O' Connor. Deirdre is mum to club member Bart O' Connor. Bart is an avid  cyclist and is a member of the KCWheelers organising committee. We send our collective sympathies and condolences to Bart and all his extended. They are in our thoughts and prayers at this sad time.  Funeral details below :

O’CONNOR (née O’Gara) Deirdre (Booterstown Avenue, Co. Dublin and formerly of Kilcar, Co. Donegal) 15 June 2026. Peacefully in the loving care of her family and the staff of Belmont House Nursing Home. Beloved wife of the late Michael and loving mother of Máire, Paul, Jerome and Bart. She will be very sadly missed by her loving children, grandchildren Caoimhe, Daragh, Cillian, Charmaigne, Lheeanne, Eden, Michael, Hugh, Kate and Babette, greatgrandchild Sophia, daughters-in-law Jacinta and Ann, nieces, nephews, extended family, friends, especially Kathleen, and neighbours.

Reposing on Wednesday evening, 17 June, from 5 pm to 7 pm at Rom Massey & Sons Funeral Home, 6 Cranford Centre, Stillorgan Road, D04 X446 (opposite UCD Flyover) (or view on Google Maps by clicking this map link).

Funeral Mass on Thursday morning, 18 June, at 11 am, in the Church of the Assumption, Booterstown Avenue, A94 TR68, followed by burial at Shanganagh Cemetery.
