Death Notice Amanda Mooney (née Finnegan) RIP

The Kilmacud Crokes GAA Club community is saddened to hear of the death of  Amanda Mooney. Amanda is mum to two of our young players  Jack Mooney (2017) and Charlie Mooney (2018) and beloved wife of Aaron Mooney.  Aaron also coaches in the club.  Both of the boys attend St. Laurence’s school in Kilmacud. We send our heartfelt sympathies and condolences to Aaron, Jack, Charlie, Amanda's parents - Jackie and Marian  and to all Amandas extended family. They will be in our thoughts and prayers at this sad time. May Amanda rest in peace. Ar dheis Dé go raibh a hanam

It is with broken hearts that we announce the passing of our wonderful Amanda. Surrounded by love after a long illness.

Amanda is so deeply missed by her beloved boys Jack and Charlie, her husband Aaron, brother Alan, parents Jackie and Marian, parents-in-law Derek and Deirdre, brothers-in-law Mark and Adam, sisters-in-law Debbie and Rachel, nieces Amelia, Sofia, Ella, Ava and Bowyn, extended family and her wide circle of brilliant friends.

Amanda’s family wish to thank the doctors, nurses and staff of SVPH and Blackrock Hospice for the exceptional care and kindness shown to Amanda.

Loved beyond measure and missed beyond words

Reposing in private. Funeral mass to take place in Church of St. Thérèse, Mount Merrion (A94 YW74) at 10am on Thursday September 3rd followed by burial.

Amanda loved life and loved colour. We ask that you wear something with a splash of colour at her funeral.
