Youthful Senior Team lose out to Lucan

14 man Crokes soccumb to more physical Lucan.

Crokes, missing a number of the more established players, had a rather youthful look about them as they travelled to Lucan for this Division 1 clash.

The more experienced and physical home team assumed control and Crokes' cause was not helped by some very soft frees conceded. A fortuitous goal for the hosts put further pressure on Crokes before the short whistle.

Crokes' task became even more challenging in the second half, when they were reduced to 14, following a rather harsh straight red card, for what appeared to be dissent. In every sense the less said the better......
