Senior Footballers Progress to County Final / AFL3 Team confirmed as League Winners

Our Senior Footballers won their semi final on Saturday in Parnell Park  beating former Club All Ireland winners and close neighbours Ballyboden on a score of 2g 9pt to 9pts.  They now progress to the county final where they will play Judes who overcame Vincents.  The final will be played on Oct 29h on the bank holiday weekend. Full fixture details to be confirmed.  On Sunday morning, our AFL3 team added to the joy and celebrations for adult football in the club by being confirmed as league champions after also beating Ballyboden. Coming on the back of our senior win over Boden in reaching the county final, it sends a powerful message out re the performance and health of adult football in the club. Well done to all the players and management in these 2 squads.
