Kilmacud Crokes 2023 Juvenile Football 7’s – July 28th & 29th

Following the huge success of last year’s inaugural tournament, the Juvenile Football Committee are delighted to announce the staging of the 2023 Juvenile 7s Football tournament in Silverpark and Glenalbyn, on All-Ireland Final weekend, in conjunction with the adult competition.

This will be held with the much-valued support of Casey Kennedy Estate Agents. Tournament format will involve 8 teams of 11 boys, divided into 2 groups, with each team playing 3 matches on the Friday evening in Silverpark  from 6pm.

All teams will then compete in finals in Glenalbyn on the Saturday afternoon; the Plate and Shield finals will be held before the adult semi-finals and the Cup and Championship finals before the Beacon All Ireland 7s final.

As with last year, each player will get a specially designed O’Neill’s jersey and the teams will be co-managed by our Senior Crokes players. 

This year the Friday night will be “Family Night” where we would encourage all families and siblings to come along and enjoy the festive atmosphere. There will be BBQ food, ice-cream, face painting and a range of Activity Cages where boys and girls can test their skills and conditioning!

All are invited to what should add another dimension to an already wonderful tournament for all juvenile gaels in Kilmacud Crokes.
